Scott Hall, founder of Hall Educational Consulting, has been professionally engaged in guidance and personal placement for 25 years. He began counseling fellow students on a voluntary basis while in college, founding a campus-wide organization dedicated to preparing students for challenges in the “real world.” After earning a degree in psychology, Scott continued his efforts on a full-time basis for the following four years on university campuses in the United States, the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This was followed by a five-year stint as Asia Pacific Project Director of a US charitable foundation during which Scott evaluated educational and humanitarian programs throughout Asia. His skill in linking people with resources led to the founding of an executive placement firm specializing in the financial sectors throughout the Asia Pacific region and the United States over the next 14 years. In 1995, the needs of his own family exposed him to the world of alternative education for students with highly specialized needs. Since then, he has assisted families in accessing services for special needs adolescents and young adults both on a volunteer and professional basis with Hall Educational Consulting.

Scott has been married to his wife, Ruth, for 25 years and has three adult children.
